The crew
Small enough that you'll recognize whoever pulls into the driveway, big enough to get to you when the heat quits. Everyone here is local, and everyone here answers for the work.

Started the company in 2012. These days he's mostly on installs and estimates — and still turns up on service when the schedule calls for it.
A familiar face on service calls and installs across the area.
Usually the person on the other end when you call in.
Out on service and installs throughout Bucks and Montgomery County.

How it started
I started JBrick to be home more for my daughter and to support my family doing work I'm good at. What I wanted was straightforward — good service, quality work, a decent price, and customers who stay comfortable in their homes.
These days you'll mostly see me on installs and estimates. The day-to-day service work is in good hands with the crew, and they hold the same standards I started with. That was always the point — build something that doesn't depend on one person being everywhere at once.
We're born and raised in Bucks County, and we service the towns we live in. That's exactly why repair comes before replacement here, and why the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
How we work
If a part will fix it, we fix it. We only recommend a new system when the old one truly can't be repaired safely or economically.
You hear the repair number before we start. You approve it. There's no surprise waiting at the end of the visit.
There are four of us. You'll get a real person on the phone and a familiar face at the door — not a rotating roster of strangers.
We protect what we're working around, haul the old equipment away, and leave the space cleaner than we found it. On installs, that means full floor protection.
The crew
JBrick is a small crew, and it stays that way on purpose. Chuck, Annette and Ryan have been part of this for years, and they hold the same standard Jason does.

On the trucks and in the basements. If Jason isn't the one at your door, odds are good Chuck is.
Keeps the schedule, the paperwork and the phones straight — which is why you get a call back.
The next generation of the crew, learning oil systems the way you only can: in the field.
Service area
Generally a 15 to 18 mile radius, with exceptions. Upper and central Bucks County — Chalfont, Doylestown and New Hope are some of our busiest areas — plus a good part of Montgomery County. Not sure if you're in range? Call and ask — we'll tell you straight.
